Maxine Waters Adult Preparatory Center for the LAUSD //
The Maxine Waters Preparatory Center for the LAUSD involved the design of a comprehensive 3-building trade/technical facility which includes a new 30-station welding facility, a new teaching construction facility which included a full carpentry shop and new classrooms, a new high-tech automotive teaching facility and classrooms to accommodate 12 autos with an auto yard for approximately 20 autos, and a new community center and plaza with a state of the art culinary teaching facility. Involved three (3) ground-up buildings for this state-bonded project.
