Central Grille involved a completely new renovation with vibrant interior & exterior designs and an easy-to-get-to location with ample free parking. The new design included a full-bar offering a great selection of craft beers and handcrafted cocktails. RACAIA worked alongside the Shakers Restaurants ownership to develop a program that focused on the updated level of food, quality and overall service they anticipated and executed, selected fine interior details and overall design elements that both caught the end and conveyed a comfortable stylishness.
